Comet magazine

Comet is the parish magazine and has 36 pages per issue packed with information about church events, interviews, articles, letters and photographs, to mention just a few items that go into a typical issue.

Ten editions are published per year at a cost of 50p per copy, or £5.00 for a year's subscription.

How do you get your copy?

Two simple ways, collect your Comet from the magazine rack at the back of church or email me to have it delivered at Comet.

How do I advertise in Comet?

I am delighted that Comet is supported by a wide range of local businesses. Advertisements from 1/8th to a full page may be purchased and are drawn up and agreed with the advertiser. For details of the current rates please email Comet.

How do I supply material for Comet?

The editor is prepared to accept articles which will be of interest to the wider community in Yarm as well as churchgoers. All copy must be copyright free and attributed. Anyone interested in submitting material, email the editor at Comet. If you wish your material to appear in a particular month it should be submitted to the editor by no later than the 15th of the preceding month. Please note that July/August and December/January are double issues.
